Probation period must be detailed in the employment contract
In the employment contract, the parties can stipulate a trial period of up to three months from the start of the employment relationship. In the case of a shorter trial period, the parties may extend the trial period - at most once. The duration of the probationary period may not exceed three months, even if it is extended.
It is possible to terminate the employment with immediate notice and without giving any reasons by the employer and the employee during the probation period.
